The location is good, near Nagoya Mountain. It is also easy to get there by taxi.
Facilities: The room is relatively large, with everything you need, but the glass door of the toilet may be too large and cannot be closed, and there is no trash can in the room, only in the bathroom, and it is not separated into dry and wet areas.
Environment: It is still very good. The lobby is also very large.
Service: The staff at the front desk do not speak English very well, but fortunately there is a waiter who speaks English.
The service attitude is nothing to say, it is still very good.

The hotel staffs are very accomodating and warm with their guests. The location is near Nagoya Hill Mall and Spas. However, the only concern I have is that the rooms are not noise proof. As the hotel is located at the corner of the roads, vehicles are heard clearly that causes me not to get to sleep. We raise our concern and we're moved to another room the next day. The room had the same concern but we really appreciate their effort.
